Carol is an experienced digital marketing professional with over 20 years experience working with business owners. Her first foray into the digital domain was in 1986 when she created a CRM (Client Relationship Management) system for her clients. With a first class honours degree in visual communication and certificated digital marketing qualification with the Chartered Institute of Marketing – Carol is a very knowledgeable and passionate advocate of helping businesses and individuals understand and ‘get digital’.
More recently Carol has started her own digital agency helping business clients adopted and take advantage of digital and social media technologies.
